Pit Pony does not require cloud accounts.

Pit Pony does not maintain public profiles.

Pit Pony does not provide social networking features.

Pit Pony does not provide messaging between users.

Pit Pony does not sell personal information.

Pit Pony does not intentionally collect or store:

• Notes
• Reminders
• PPE records
• Forms
• Inspection records
• Safety observations
• Emergency contacts
• Uploaded photographs
• Personal messages
• User-generated content

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Information entered into Pit Pony is generally intended to remain stored locally on your device.

Examples may include:

• Shift schedules
• Alarm settings
• Notes
• Reminder information
• PPE records
• Forms
• Generated PDFs
• Preferences
• Downloaded themes
• Downloaded resources

Pit Pony Universe does not routinely have access to this information.

3. Backups and Exported Files

Pit Pony may allow users to export information, create PDF files, or generate backups.

Once exported, users are solely responsible for the storage, security, sharing, transmission, and management of exported files.

Examples include:

• Backup files
• PDF exports
• Inspection forms
• Notes
• Shared documents

Pit Pony Universe cannot control where users store exported files.

Users may choose to save exported information to cloud services, external drives, email providers, shared computers, or other storage systems.

Pit Pony Universe is not responsible for:

• Lost backup files;
• Publicly shared files;
• Unauthorized access caused by user actions;
• Third-party cloud providers;
• Improper storage practices;
• Data loss resulting from deleted applications, damaged devices, lost devices, or failure to maintain backups.

Users are encouraged to periodically verify their backup procedures and securely store important information.

4. Emergency Features

Pit Pony may provide optional SOS-related features.

These features only send information that users intentionally configure or initiate.

Pit Pony Universe does not maintain servers containing user emergency contacts or emergency communications.

Delivery of emergency communications depends on:

• Device settings;
• Cellular service;
• Internet connectivity;
• Third-party messaging providers;
• Operating system permissions.

5. Downloadable Content

Pit Pony may provide downloadable content such as:

• Themes
• Form templates
• Images
• Static resources
• Icons
• Configuration manifests

Downloadable content does not alter Pit Pony application code.

Pit Pony Universe may update, remove, or replace downloadable content at its discretion.

6. Analytics and Advertising

Pit Pony does not intentionally include advertising.

Pit Pony does not intentionally sell user information.

Pit Pony does not intentionally use tracking technologies to build advertising profiles.

Pit Pony Universe believes users should be able to manage schedules, forms, and safety information without being treated as advertising products.

7. Enterprise Materials

Pit Pony does not allow organizations to directly upload files for distribution to users.

Enterprise-specific resources that may become available in the future must be manually reviewed and added by Pit Pony Universe.

8. Children's Privacy

Pit Pony is intended primarily for adult users and workplace use.

Pit Pony does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
