Pit Pony Adventures Terms of Service

1. Purpose of Pit Pony Adventures

Pit Pony Adventures is a free app created for stories, motion comics, activities, character cards, learning, curiosity, creativity, and family-friendly exploration.

It is intended to encourage wonder, questions, and safe discovery.

2. Free Use

Pit Pony Adventures is intended to be free.

It is not intended to include paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertising.

If that ever changes, the applicable app store disclosures and legal documents will be updated before those features are offered.

3. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether Pit Pony Adventures content and activities are appropriate for their child.

Some activities may involve outdoor exploration, household materials, simple experiments, art supplies, or nature observation.

Adult supervision may be needed.

Users should follow reasonable safety precautions and avoid unsafe locations, unknown substances, dangerous animals, unsafe plants, mushrooms, insects, chemicals, tools, or materials.

4. No Social Platform

Pit Pony Adventures is not a social media platform.

It does not provide public profiles, public posting, chat, social feeds, public comments, or direct user-to-user communication.

5. Suggestions and Ideas

Users may choose to send adventure ideas, theme ideas, story inspiration, drawings, or similar suggestions to Pit Pony Universe.

Suggestions are reviewed manually.

Suggestions are not automatically posted, uploaded, shared, or added to the app.

Submitting an idea does not guarantee use, credit, publication, reply, or acknowledgment.

Pit Pony Universe may decline suggestions for any reason, including if they are inappropriate, unsafe, adult-oriented, unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, or inconsistent with the tone of the project.

6. Downloads

Pit Pony Adventures may provide downloadable static content such as stories, images, audio, character cards, coloring pages, activity files, and manifests.

Downloads are content only.

Downloads do not modify app code.

Downloads do not install executable code, scripts, plugins, or outside software.

Pit Pony Universe may update, remove, replace, or discontinue downloadable content at any time.

7. Local Content

Pit Pony Adventures may include local-only features such as saved artwork, checklists, timers, in-app camera images, or downloaded packs.

Users and parents are responsible for managing, backing up, exporting, or deleting locally stored content.

Pit Pony Universe is not responsible for lost local content, deleted files, lost devices, or improperly secured backups.

8. Fan Creations, Printable Materials, and Educational Use

Pit Pony Universe welcomes creativity.

Users may create non-commercial fan art, drawings, crafts, costumes, stories, educational activities, and similar creations inspired by Pit Pony Universe.

Printable activities, coloring pages, story packs, educational materials, character resources, and similar content provided by Pit Pony Universe may be downloaded, printed, copied, and shared for personal, family, classroom, library, scouting, club, homeschool, and other non-commercial educational purposes.

Examples of permitted uses include:

• Parents printing activities for children;
• Teachers printing activities for students;
• Libraries using activities during programs;
• Scout leaders using materials with their groups;
• Homeschool families using materials for lessons or activities;
• Community organizations using resources for non-commercial educational events.

Pit Pony Universe generally wants these resources to be used, explored, and enjoyed rather than sit unused on a website.

Users may not:

• Sell Pit Pony Universe materials;
• Repackage Pit Pony Universe materials as their own work;
• Remove copyright notices or attribution where present;
• Include Pit Pony Universe materials within products, services, bundles, downloads, classes, or events offered for sale without written permission;
• Use Pit Pony Universe characters, artwork, names, logos, or materials in adult, hateful, harassing, unsafe, misleading, or unlawful content.

Fan creations must not imply they are official, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Pit Pony Universe unless written permission is provided.

9. Intellectual Property

Pit Pony Adventures, Pit Pony Universe, related names, characters, artwork, stories, cards, motion comics, music, designs, icons, and other materials are owned by Pit Pony Universe or its licensors.

You may use the app and its content only as allowed by these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pit Pony Adventures unlawfully;
• Misrepresent unofficial content as official;
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app;
• Attempt to inject unauthorized content or code;
• Distribute modified versions;
• Use Pit Pony Universe characters or materials in adult, hateful, harassing, unsafe, misleading, or unlawful content;
• Use Pit Pony Adventures in a way that harms children, families, users, or Pit Pony Universe.

11. Educational Content

Educational and activity content is provided for general learning and entertainment.

It is not professional instruction, medical advice, legal advice, emergency guidance, or a substitute for adult supervision.

12. Availability

Pit Pony Universe may update, remove, replace, or discontinue features, downloads, stories, or activities at any time.

Availability is not guaranteed.

Pit Pony Universe makes no guarantee that the app, downloads, activities, stories, or features will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every child, family, device, or situation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pit Pony Universe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of Pit Pony Adventures.

This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, property damage, lost data, deleted files, unavailable downloads, misunderstood activity instructions, or reliance on educational or activity content.
